John Ugyan, President & Director

President and Director of Premiere Canadian Mortgage Corp. and President and Secretary and sole Director of the Manager, Premiere Home Mortgage Ltd. For the past 13 years John has been managing the affairs of the Company and is a licenced mortgage broker with Premiere Home Mortgage Ltd. From 1970 to 1985 John was employed with various financial institutions, including Toronto Dominion Bank and the Bank of British Columbia, underwriting and administering mortgages for both residential and commercial properties, as a Senior Credit Analyst and Bank Manager. Since 1985 John has directed the activities of Premiere Home Mortgage Ltd. by providing financing to a wide variety of borrowers.

John Mercuri, Vice President & Director

General Manager for Premiere Home Mortgage Ltd. for the past 8 years and for 2 years prior to that he was a sub-mortgage broker with Premiere Home Mortgage Ltd. In December of 2005, John became a 50/50 shareholder of Premiere Home Mortgage Ltd. On February 23, 2005 John was elected as Vice President at the Company's Annual General Meeting and on February 20th, 2007, at the AGM, he was elected as a director of the company. Prior to joining Premiere Home Mortgage Ltd. he was employed for 9 years with a consumer finance company, holding several management positions throughout B.C.

Secretary and Controller of the Company, Susan Ugyan handles the day to day banking and monthly bookkeeping/accounting duties for the Company. Susan has also had her own bookkeeping business for the past 18 years. Prior to raising her children, Susan worked for the Royal Bank of Canada in a clerical position for 5 years.

Reanne Harder, Administration Officer

Our Administration Officer, Reanne Harder, assists management in many areas, including all share purchase and redemption documentation and transactions as well as administrative support. Prior to joining Premiere, Reanne worked for several years as a Legal Assistant for two large law firms which specialized in the areas of Labour/Employment law and Real Estate/Land Development law.

Premiere Home Mortgage Ltd.

Responsible for managing the operations of Premiere Canadian Mortgage Corp. under a Management Agreement, Premiere Home Mortgage Ltd. has been in business as a licensed mortgage broker for 22 years.

They are also members of The Mortgage Brokers Association of BC, and The Alberta Mortgage Broker Association.
